Customer Service Executive • Bromsgrove • Permanent • F/T • Salary up to £26k pa DOE

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role as the primary contact for customers, handling their queries, complaints, feedback, and requests with utmost care and professionalism.

Day to day duties and responsbilities for this Customer Service Executive role

  • Managing your own day-to-day workload in line with the customer service department service level agreements (SLA's), ensuring that all customers are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and other external contacts.
  • Having knowledge of the business, its services and products and an understanding of all parts of the order process in order to advise, action and handle multiple orders and customer queries.
  • Provide excellent standards of customer service at all times.
  • Strive towards targets and KPI’s.
  • Logging customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
  • Supporting or covering other members of the customer service team where required or requested.
  • Accurately updating and maintaining information on the company CRM system.
  • Remaining compliant, treating customers fairly and adhering to data protection guidelines.

What skills and experience do you need for this Customer Service Executive role?

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Strong PC skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills, the ability to solve problems, multi-task and use your initiative.
  • Must enjoy taking ownership of own work and be self motivated.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • You must have your own transport as the location is rural.
