Temporary Workshop & Production Assistant
Location Alcester Pay £13.50 per hour | Temporary
You will be working for a family-run manufacturer. Workload has increased significantly, so we are looking for a reliable, hands-on temporary team member to support our clients workshop and production departments.
The role Production Assistant
- Removing 3D printed parts from machines
- Cleaning and post-processing printed components
- Hand sanding and finishing intricate parts to a high standard
- Assembling and preparing tooling for our vacuum casting team
- Assisting with mould preparation
- General workshop support, housekeeping and organisation
- Supporting production teams wherever needed to keep jobs moving
Production Assistant
You don't need a 3D printing background. We would ideally like to hear from people with experience in:
- Model making or prop making
- Manufacturing or workshop environments
- Assembly work
- Using hand tools and power tools
- Fine-detail finishing work
You will be practical, positive and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. You will be happy to multitask across departments, work independently in a busy workshop, and get stuck in from day one. Reliability is essential.
