Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver • Inkberrow • Full Time - 6.30am - 4pm • Temporary until end of August (possibility it could go permanent) • £12.30 per hour
Arden Personnel are working with a company in Inkberrow, who are looking for temporary warehouse operatives/flt drivers until the end of August. There is a possibility of a permanent role afterwards but not guarenteed. If you have warehouse experience and have experience driving a counterbalance or bendi flt and are available immediately this role may be for you.
The Warehouse Operative's day to day duties are as follows:
- Lifting bags upto 25kg - must be physically fit
- Picking and packing
- Moving boxes and heavy bags onto lorries
- sweeping of the warehouse
- Moving pallets on FLT
- Putting seed into large bags and securing the bags
- Helping to load lorries
- Helping out despatch at times
- Machine loading and unloading
The Successful Warehouse Operative must have the following skills/experience:
- Must have experience on FLT Bendi or Counterbalance
- Be physically fit, and able to lift heavy bags upto 25kg
- Be willing and motivated
- Ready to get stuck in to a number of different jobs in the warehouse
- Available immediately
- Able to commit to the contract
- Must have own transport due to location or live within walking distance
What’s on offer for the successful Warehouse Operative?
- Full time contract position unti approximately end of August
- Pay rate £12.30 per hour plus holiday pay
- Hours: Mon – Friday 6.30am - 4pm with half hour unpaid lunch break
