Alcester • Ongoing Temporary • Full Time • Hourly Rate £14-15 per hour
If you have worked within a Warehouse and have experience in administration, then this role could be for you.
The Warehouse Administrator Day to day duties are as follows:
- Processing of sales orders
- Pick, pack and despatch of sales orders
- Receiving and unloading deliveries
- Inspecting of goods received
- Monitoring stock and entering onto SAGE 200
- Stock maintenance
- Dealing with faulty stock and booking in repairs
- Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders and customers regarding deliveries
- Data input including keeping the CRM updated
- Dealing with delivery notes
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Maintaining tidy warehouse
- FLT Counterbalance driving (training will be given)
The Successful Warehouse Administrator must have the following skills/experience:
- Warehouse and logistics experience would be preferable
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- FLT licence is beneficial, but full training will be given
- You must be 25 years or over due to FLT license.
