We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide.
As a Lead Generator your main responsibilities will be;
- Research identify and deliver new business - including new markets, growth areas, new customers.
- To focus on opportunities to grow the business profitability with new customers.
- To identify and maximise Sales opportunities using an established data source.
- To ensure all contact made with prospective clients is updated on the CRM database.
- To follow any leads through internally to the point of order.
To be considered for our Lead Generator role;
- Excellent IT/keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Able to work as an individual and use own initiative, and also as part of a team.
- an excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
- the ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Lead Generator Salary & Benefits?
- £19,000
- Working Monday - Friday full time
- Based at offices in Erdington (can work from home 1 - 2 days per week if preferred)
- Commission scheme
- Permanent role with ongoing progression
