Telesales & Marketing Assistant

Alcester • Permanent • Part-Time • Salary £12.50 per hour

This is an exciting new position to join a small and friendly company that specialises in supplying and servicing digital printers.

 

The Telesales and Marketing assistant day to day duties are as follows:

  • Making outbound calls to companies where you will be establishing decision-makers
  • Update internal system with new information, and update for a follow-up call.
  • Finding leads and updating the system to sending out information to a potential client
  • Making sure all leads are followed up, either by a phone call or email.
  • Producing a marketing campaign weekly on social media channels.
  • Producing content for marketing mailers.
  • Running the companies social media accounts
  • Follow up on sales calls and marketing campaign mailers.

 

The Successful Telesales & Marketing Assistant must have the following skills/experience:

Essential Experience

  • Previous telesales experience especially in cold calling
  • Experience in generating own sales leads
  • Excellent IT skills and able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Able to produce marketing campaigns both online and offline

 

Preferred Experience (non-essential)

  • Experience of working within a service sector
  • Experience in implementing new CRM systems

What’s on offer for the successful Telesales and Marketing Assistant

  • Salary £25,000 pro-rata
  • Part-time hours min 20 hours a week. The client is flexible on hours and days, with the view this role could move to a full-time position with extra responsibilities, for the right candidate.
