Escalations Coordinator • Cirencester • £21,000 - £23000 • 6 month Contract Full Time working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm 

As an Escalations Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to:
- The Escalations Coordinator will coordinate the response to nominated complex and / or escalated maintenance issues deriving from the client. Working proactively with the Maintenance function, its range of Tier 2 contractors and company to ensure issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction as swiftly as possible, ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress throughout the process.
- Record these escalations on the LC Escalations tracker, and update progress with their resolution through timely and relevant updates on the tracker. Report as necessary
- Coordinate the engineering response to each issue, including potential reactive visits, quote scoping or completion of works
- Ensure any H&S risks likely to impact the resolution of issues are identified and controlled (i.e presence of Asbestos)
- Chase through the receipt of relevant quoted works where required, ensuring these are fit for purpose for submission to client to review (appropriate Scope of Works / Photographs / Cost Breakdown etc)
- Escalate to the client Maintenance function any issue preventing swift resolution to escalated works, ensuring all relevant stakeholders (particularly LC Ops) are updated where required

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Administrator role:

- Experienced in administration, coordination
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and FM related systems), presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experienced in representing and communicating with the business at all levels.
- Experience of reporting and dealing with large amounts of data
- Ability to influence outcomes, overcoming barriers and obstacles faced
