Service Coordinator - £20890 salary

My client is a reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance to clients nationwide. Due to continued growth they are currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor.
Day to day duties:
• Responsibility for the service delivery of engineer activities on client sites, in accordance with current policies and procedures
• Customer liaison – ensuring the works requested align with data and ensuring the client is kept up-to date with progress / delays in attendance etc.
• Plan, optimise and control the day-to-day activities of a defined group of engineers
• Ensure that all calls logged are responded to effectively to achieve SLA
• Responsibility for engineering utilisation to drive productivity
• Identify and capture operational issues, and contribute to finding resolutions for these
• Ensure that all data and records are accurate and kept up to date both in the systems but also client portals, with appropriate notes and call statuses updated
• Ensure that all engineering times are populated along with complete and accurate paperwork before progressing call, following up promptly on any missing or inaccurate paperwork, or call times
• Ensure the engineer timesheeting process is undertaken real time, resolving issues as required in a timely manner
• Follow the defined escalation procedures, escalating where required on issues and procedures not being adhered to
• To work in close cooperation with other team members to maintain and improve the productivity and quality of service
• Contribute to improvement projects as required
• Any other duties as required by the senior team

- Attention to detail
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload
Package:
- Base salary of £20890
- Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising
