• Joining a growing engineering business
What will my day-to-day duties be for this Service Administrator role?
• Dealing with day to day enquiries from customers/engineers via phone/email
• Booking & confirming planned visits with clients via phone/email
• Liaise with engineers to book remedial jobs
• Monitoring/acknowledging/reschedule revisit works from the Engineers
• Updating internal job management system with relevant notes
• Updating external client portals with ETA
• Managing inbound service call requests via phone & email
What skills and experience do I need for this Service Administrator role?
• Must drive due to location
• Strong administrative skills
• Great time management
• Superb geographical knowledge
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience working as a Service Co-Ordinator in a fast-paced office environment
