Working Hours: 09:00–17:00 with 30-minute lunch
- First 6 months: office-based (recommended for product learning, systems training and building relationships)
- After onboarding/probation, hybrid working is available and varies by season
The Role
This is an entry-level sales support / customer service admin role within the agricultural industry, based in Worcester. You’ll support processing and customer queries around agricultural products ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are supported professionally, and internal teams stay aligned during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Customer Service
- Handle telephone and email enquiries in a courteous, confident and professional manner
- Support customers with product and order queries
- Provide excellent service levels and help improve admin processes where possible
Order Processing & Administration
- Accurately process customer orders onto internal systems (high attention to detail required)
- Strong use of Excel and general admin duties to support order flow and delivery
- Provide admin support to help keep orders and deliveries running smoothly
Liaison & Problem-Solving (Especially In-Season)
- Liaise with operations/production/transport to manage customer expectations and resolve issues (e.g., delays, stock availability, delivery challenges)
- Support product managers with general admin, order coordination and in-season support
Team Support & Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively as a team player, while also managing your own workload and staying productive during busy periods
- Support the wider team with quotes, brochures and other admin tasks as needed
What Skills do I need?
- Strong admin skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills (phone and email), professional and friendly approach
- Comfortable learning internal systems quickly
- Solid Excel ability (sorting, data entry, basic formulas preferred)
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks during peak season
- Team player who can also manage their own workload independently
- Interest in agriculture/farming/countryside sector (helps with product understanding and terminology)
- Experience in order processing, customer service admin, logistics coordination, or sales support would be a huge advantage
