What will my day-to-day duties be for this Sales and Logistics Administrator role?
- Managing customer enquiries, checking stock levels, and sharing freight estimations.
- Raising sales orders, tracking payments, and instructing warehouses to pack.
- Coordinating with global warehouses and prioritizing outbound orders.
- Scheduling shipments, booking carriers, and managing delivery timelines.
- Liaising with customers and freight forwarders to provide essential documentation.
- Maintaining an outbound tracker for team visibility on order statuses.
- Handling documentation, including invoices, despatch notes, credit notes, and customs paperwork.
- Reviewing and signing off courier and forwarder invoices.
- Supporting priority accounts and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What skills and experience will I need for this Sales and Logistics Administrator?
- Experience in international shipping and knowledge of customs regulations.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Business acumen and geographical awareness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Other languages are advantageous, but not essential.
- A passport holder (for potential international travel).
