Sales Account Manager • Redditch • Full time permanent • Upto £30k basic with average commission payments of £7.5k pa plus brand new company car and fuel card
This is the ideal role looking to join a rapidly expanding company with an attitude to be the best and stay the best in its field. The successful candidate will not only have the opportunity to develop their career and skills but will also be pivotal in the growth and expansion of the business.
Your client base will be schools across the UK. Your time will be dedicated to the newest area of the business, where you will be generating new leads and following up on existing enquiries to meet an individual sales target. You will manage your own diary, booking and attending self-generated appointments with clients and securing business through a combination of face to face, telephone and email communication.
Because you are working with schools, the majority of work time will be in term time only, meaning that through Easter and the Summer holidays, you will have a lot of downtime.
Day to Day duties as a Sales Account Manager will include the following:
- Generating new leads and booking appointments via telephone and email
- Attending meetings across the country to generate sales
- Winning new business through a targeted, benefit-driven sales approach
- Working to an individual target
- Following up inbound leads promptly
- Cross-selling to existing customers
- Promoting the company’s capability to new customers
As a Sales Account Manager you will need the following qualities & experience:
- A full UK Driving Licence
- A flexible approach to work
- An ambition to succeed and an aptitude for working hard for excellent reward
- Significant experience of working within a sales environment boasting a proven track record of success in building and developing new business
- Excellent telephone manner and sound tele-sales skills
- A stable career history with clear career progression
- A smart appearance, professional manner and excellent communication skills
What’s on offer for the successful Sales Account Manager?
- Basic salary upto £30k per annum DOE
- Uncapped commission (average £7.5k pa)

- Basic holiday of 20 days plus bank holiday, however you will most likely have paid downtime Easter and Summer Holidays due to schools being closed
- Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm
- Lovely offices in Redditch with a fun friendly team.
