Regional Contract Manager • Midlands/South West • Salary £35,000- £40,000 per hour • Permanent

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide.

As a Regional Contract Manager, your main responsibilities will be;

Duties and Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Taking ownership of (receiving, managing and resolving) escalations, ensuring client operations (& FM team) are fully aware of status updates at all times.
  • Formal process and mechanic for capturing these escalations and updating stakeholders required, the KPIs within which should be measurable across regions. Point of contact for all Area Managers in the escalation process.
  • Direct contact with client Estates Manager(s) in the escalation of issues suspected to be the responsibility of Landlords or outside the demise of the client. Ensuring client Operations are clearly updated where this is the case.
  • Relationship with Area Managers vital, to be proactively managed via initial introduction and monthly call / meeting to discuss and update on issues etc.
  • These meetings to be visible to the client via shared calendar or movements sheet etc and have minuted actions with agreed timeframes for resolution.
  • Occasional attendance at monthly account review, and at Regional Operational meetings if required by Ops
  • Managing the regional age profile of Open jobs to ensure none reach 90 days without conclusion
  • Facilitate status updates on defined ‘job groups’ such as those raised by internal security / H&S processes.
  • (Dependant on model) ensure quotes are received within two-week SLA from initial visit, works completed within two weeks of approval, and / or closed where alternative quote selected.
  • Ensure CAFM KPI data is robust and accurate for region, identifying and driving opportunities for performance improvement
  • Occasional site visits to support compliance / project activity

To be considered for our Regional Contract Manager role;


  • Previous experience in FM working across a fast-paced multi-site Retail estate
  • Proven track record of managing supplier’s performance
  • Minimum IOSH Managing safely qualification(not essential)
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions
  • Knowledge of performance measures, KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Previous knowledge and use of the Verisae platform (not essential)
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
