Our Associate Program offers experienced Recruiters a one-stop solution to run their own recruitment desk and retain between 50% of their billings.
We will support you with a range of business tools to enable you to get started to build your own recruitment desk. This will include:
- A state-of-the-art CRM system accessible on any laptop or phone/tablet etc which allows candidates to have their own live portal to log into meaning they can update their own details at any time.
- Full back-office support including
- Accounts – We will do all of the accounts work for you including invoicing, credit control, dealing with timesheets, payroll, credit checks. Our back-office professional indemnity insurance and ongoing training.
- Marketing – including social media, mailshots, marketing campaigns, Business cards, leaflets etc
- Admin – back office support
- Job boards to advertise your vacancies
- Established Terms of Business set up
- Phone answering service
- The most important thing, you can hit the floor running and get your desk established quickly without worrying about all of the hidden stresses of “start up”
