Stratford Upon Avon • Permanent • Full Time • £23-25,000  per annum

Due to growth, we are recruiting for a Receptionist to help with incoming customer calls.

The Receptionist's day to day duties are as follows:

  • Working for a high-end luxury brand you will be liaising with high-end customers.
  • To manage incoming calls to the office, approximately 100-200 calls per day.
  • Ensuring the calls are answered promptly and professionally. 
  • To liaise with the caller and decipher who the call should go to.
  • To support the team in achieving the overall sales target.

The Successful Receptionist must have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous high-end reception experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional - Formalwear at work
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A resilient attitude when dealing with difficult customers 
  • Able to work 1 in 2 weekends (included in your 5 days for that week)

What’s on offer for the successful Receptionist

  • Normal days and hours of work are five days between Monday to Saturday from 8.45 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., with 45 minutes for lunch..
  • You will be required to work a maximum of one in two weekends.  This will be agreed upon in advance on a rota basis with their line manager.
  • 28 Days holiday including Bank holidays as well as an extra day at Christmas and your Birthday off.
  • 5% pension contribution rising to 7.5 after 3 years of service
  • Yearly team bonus.
  • Formal dress code.
