The Role
- Technical Liaison: Communicating with engineers to source parts and provide technical manuals.
- Procurement: Sourcing and ordering spare parts for commercial catering and refrigeration equipment.
- Client Management: Raising quotes and responding to queries with speed and accuracy.
- Coordination: Working alongside the Service Desk to schedule works and update internal/external systems.
What You’ll Need
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service (Desirable).
