What will my day-to-day duties be for this Quotes Administrator role?
• To build & present quotes to the client and progress customers’ orders
• Receiving e-mails and incoming calls from customers
• Monitoring all new work requests from account managers and ensuring all new work requests are passed to the correct department.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers
• Liaising with sub-contractors for quotations for works requested
• Co-ordination of delivers and installations
What skills and experience do I need for this Quotes Administrator role?
• Good MS Excel skills
• Previous experience in customer service
• Able to communicate to all levels of customers
• Well organised
• Works well in a team and independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work with data on spreadsheets
