Quality Improvement Analyst

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Quality Improvement Analyst to join my clients growing team!
Quality Improvement Analyst day to day duties are as follows:
- Support the development, continuous application and improvement of Quality procedures that match current practice and that comply with BRC standard enabling the business to perform effectively.
- Assist other areas of the business with investigation
- Review non-conformances in all areas of the business
- Keep the Quality and CI Manager informed of any areas of the business to identify trends and create a proactive approach.
- Use all major software such as Gemba, SPC, JDE,Agile and Excel to pull together all data required for analysis and validate full traceability.
- Log co-ordiante the investigation and generate the response of customer complaints within a timely manner.
- Assist with the introduction and ongoing use of the Agile system for supplier complaints and documentation routing
- Co-ordinate the usage of more visual training methods including the use of videos to increase effectiveness
The Successful Quality Improvement Analyst must have the following skills/experience
- The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or quality engineering experience along with extensive system experience with MS Office JDE, SPC, or live data capture software.
- You will have a minimum of Six Sigma Yellow belt but ideally Greenbelt
- Strong analytical skills and root cause analysis
- Lean manufacturing and quality standards
What’s on offer for the successful Quality Improvement Analyst
- Salary range between £28-30,000 per annum DOE
- 22 days holiday plus BH
- Hours of Work: 8.00am-4.00pm/9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week/40 minutes per day paid break)
- Contributory Pension Scheme - (salary exchange option + 50% of ER’s NI Rebate given to employees’ pension fund). Contributions are 5% Employee and 4% Employer (minimum).
