Quality Administrator • Redditch • Full Time • £24-26,000 per annum

You will be Working closely with the Quality and Warehouse Departments the Quality Administrator will support with administration and projects, working within the business-critical path timeline to ensure QA related tasks are carried out at the appropriate time.
The role will also involve collaboration with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
These will include but not be limited to; consumers and suppliers; New Product Development; Sales; and Customer Service.
The Quality Administrator Day to day duties are as follows:
- QC check all in-bound stock, creating inspection reports in our system Netsuite, reporting any issues and seeing them through to conclusion.
- Communicating with Far East and UK suppliers on QA issues, raising ‘cases’ on Netsuite and escalating as appropriate.
- Record, answer and monitor customer/consumer complaints. Producing monthly reports for review with the Technical & Compliance Manager.
- Lead the hard-goods testing process ensuring full compliance with requirements. This will include the preparation of test request forms, working with the factories to arrange samples and monitoring of results.
- Support the Technical & Compliance Manager in all artworks checking / approval.
- Manage inbound queries from the Warehouse team and see them through to completion.
- Assist in checking gifting product development is correct and within specification.
- Work with UK suppliers to ensure that their quality assurance standards are appropriate and effective, auditing their facilities as needed.
The Successful Quality Administrator must have the following skills/experience:
- We’re looking for someone with a knowledge of QA/QC processes
- A good eye for detail and a willingness to get involved wherever needed within the department.
- Basic understanding of Excel and Word packages.
- Practical knowledge/use of an ERP system is required, although full training will be given on Netsuite.
- Experience of a using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is ideal but not essential as full training will be given.
