The PPM Coordinator's day-to-day duties are as follows:
- Review Contracts that come into your specific region and allocate works to internal engineers and Service Partners using the bespoke in-house system
- Manage engineer diaries for timely delivery of planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Ability to “think outside the box” and to be proactive when scheduling or re-scheduling engineers, when necessary.
- Ensuring engineer workloads and routes are both cost and time effective for them and the business.
- Working closely with the Contracts sales team and Resource team to ensure client expectations are managed and engineer access to equipment. •
- Ensuring jobs are updated in a timely manner.
- Developing a good relationship and understanding with your engineers.
- Liaising with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction.
- Update and maintain our in-house systems
- General Office based Administration
The Successful PPM Co-ordinator must have the following skills/experience:
- Some experience with scheduling
- Customer Service Focused
- Logical and methodical approach
- Proven track record of commercial success
- Numerate, Commercial Acumen & IT Literate
- High Energy Levels and motivated
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Judgement and Decision-Making Skills
