Payroll & Bookkeeping Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum FTE Hours: Approx. 15 hours per week (Flexible, ideally back-end of the week)

The Opportunity
This is a "hands-on" role in a small, supportive accountancy practice. You will focus on monthly payroll for approximately 80 across various director-only companies, alongside essential bookkeeping tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Payroll Management: Process and check 80 fixed monthly payrolls with high accuracy.
- Bookkeeping Support: Post transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain tidy financial records.
- Practice Admin: Provide "a helping hand" administration to keep the office flowing smoothly.
- Query Handling: Manage basic payroll and documentation requests (payslips, etc.).
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in Payroll and Bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero or Sage).
- A confident, organised mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a small, friendly office environment.
