Stratford-Upon-Avon • Permanent • Part-Time • Salary £11-12 per hour

An excellent opportunity for a part-time administrator to join a busy family-run business. This role is varied and will be supporting various parts of the business. No day is the same.

Day to Day duties as an Administrator will include the following:

  • Reception duties meet and greet customers and answer the phone
  • Admin support for various parts of the business
  • Data inputting using MS Word & Excel
  • Ordering stationery and supplies for the business
  • Keeping the office clean and tidy

As an Administrator, you will need the following qualities & experience:

  • Be able to multi-task
  • Flexible to cover holidays for other staff members and work extra hours
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good understanding of MS Word & Excel
  • Must drive due to rural location
  • Strong team player
