Arden Personnel are recruiting for one of our established clients in Bromsgrove. This role will be supporting the MD with PA duties. We are also looking for someone with experience or flair in marketing.

The day to day duties: PA role would include;

The PA aspect of the role will be supporting the managing director, and key duties will include:

  • Diary management,
  • inbox management
  • Organising meetings and preparation of the reception rooms, sending out Meeting Agendas and minute taking.
  • Organising hospitality and social events
  • Personal errands for MD
  • Booking corporate events/Entertaining
  • Dealing with travel/holidays/airline bookings
  • Interacting via social media, and also creating content for the website and social platforms.
  • Assistance with marketing literature.

 To be considered for our PA role you will need to have;

  • In order to be successful, you must be a confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • High organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Assertive manner, creative thinker, availability to take on new tasks
  • You will have previous PA & Marketing experience.
  • You must possess a great work ethic, as this is a busy role,
  • And be a real team player
