Office Coordinator
- Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
- Salary: £30,600 per annum
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hours of work: Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home after probabtion)
35 hours per week (Mon–Fri 8:30–16:30)
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional or a junior administrator who is ready to step up, take ownership of processes, and grow within a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be a "self-starter" who enjoys the challenge of building frameworks from the ground up and providing high-level support to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy & Documentation: Research, write, and implement high-quality policies, procedures, and organizational documents. You will have the autonomy to develop new ideas to streamline our operations.
- Executive Support: Provide dedicated administrative assistance to the C-Suite and Corporate Management Team (comprising approximately 15–20% of your role).
- Workflow Management: Manage competing priorities with ease, ensuring the office runs smoothly and communication remains seamless across all levels.
- Compliance Assistance: Support the business in maintaining high standards of data protection and assisting with Subject Access Requests (SARs) as required.
Requirements
- The Architect: Demonstrable experience in creating professional documentation and a knack for writing clear, concise policies.
- The Independent Thinker: Ability to work on your own initiative, using research skills to develop and implement new internal systems.
- The Organiser: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a diverse workload without breaking a sweat.
- The Professional: Experience (or a strong desire to gain it) in supporting senior leadership teams.
Desirable Skills
- A solid understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Direct experience handling Subject Access Requests (SARs).
