Office Co-ordinator

Evesham • Permanent • Full Time • Salary £23-25,000 per annum

We are working for a leading engineering company within the sector of agricultural and green maintenance technology.   This is a new administration role where you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing departments.  

The Office Co-ordinator's day to day duties are as follows:

  • Provide full administration and management for all manuals.
  • Providing marketing support with merchandise, exhibitions, show administration
  • Prepares mail merges for dealers.
  • Receives all emails from the general sales enquiry line actioning as required.
  • Answer telephone calls, and take messages
  • Provides general office management, secretarial and administrative support to the Department specifically the Management team including Area Sales Managers.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes departmental incoming mail and correspondence.  
  • Receives and audits expense reports from members of the team, seeking clarification where required. 
  • Look after hospitality for visitors to the department as requested.
  • Maintains stationery requirements, replenishing and placing orders with proper authorisation as required.
  • Maintains Outlook Calendar for the team and provides monthly reports on staff movements, lost workdays as required.
  • Assist with the general housekeeping in the department ensuring the area is kept professional.

The Successful Office Co-ordinator must have the following skills/experience:

  • Good level of education.    
  • Experience of working within a Marketing department is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, under own initiative, and to tight deadlines.  
  • Excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.    
  • Able to produce accurate and complete reports
