What you'll be doing:
- Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Matching invoices, purchase orders and goods received notes
- Carrying out bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Chasing and resolving customer and supplier account queries
- Helping with month-end tasks and preparing reports
- Supporting payment runs and credit control
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in an accounts or finance role
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software [e.g. Sage / Xero – confirm]
- Accurate, methodical and comfortable working to deadlines
- AAT studying or qualified is welcome
