• 6 Months Contract• Full Time or Part Time• Salary £26,000 per annum
The Membership Services Administrator day to day duties are as follows:
- Working with members and handling general enquiries via telephone and email.
- Arranging member assessments and interviews for industry professional accreditation, including chartering.
- Assisting members with documenting and updating their continuous professional development records.
- Assisting with membership growth by engaging with members on renewals, surveys and ensuring they are utilising all the membership benefits.
- Providing administrative support for our corporate development initiatives & marketing campaigns to help grow our membership.
- Offering administrative support to other teams where required.
- Maintaining accurate profiles in the member database.
The Successful Membership Services Administrator must have the following skills/experience:
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates integrity when handling personal data.
- Experience of working in an office, experience with Microsoft 365 suite
- Good time management skills
- Excellent team player
- Must be able to drive (Due to location no public transport is available )
What’s on offer for the successful Membership Services Administrator?
- Salary up to £26,000 per annum, may be flexible for the right person.
- Flexible working who would consider a 4-day week (non-working day Monday) instead of 5, or can suit a school- hours pattern e.g. 10am – 3pm (or equivalent)
- Holidays are 22 + BH, going up to 25 after 2 yrs service
