Master Technician

Location: Essex        Salary: Negotiable DOE        Permanent

A great opportunity has arisen for a Master Technician of the highest calibre to join a busy Aftersales Department, who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record.

The day-to-day duties as a Master Technician will include:

  • To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard within scheduled times to meet company standards
  • Repair, test vehicles and diagnose their faults as and when required by the Service Manager
  • Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety
  • Advise and report on vehicle faults and servicing requirements whilst working on vehicles, including future servicing/repair requirements 

To be considered for the Master Technician role, you should have:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or eqivalent)
  • Have at least 2 years experience after qualifying period
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of your work
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Salary:  Competitive renumeration package 
  • Hours:  8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and alternative Saturdays 8am - 1pm
  • Holiday:  upto 21 days, plus bank holiday
