The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and have a passion for driving business results through innovative marketing initiatives.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities for the Marketing Executive role.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, PPC, SEO, and print.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and optimised for search engines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and report on KPIs to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform future marketing strategies.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and industry news, responding promptly to inquiries and opportunities.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Support cross-functional teams with marketing insights and materials.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
- Track and report on expenditures, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Analyse and optimise lead generation activities to maximise conversion rates.
What you'll need to succeed in our Marketing Executive role
- A qualification in Marketing is an advantage but not a necessity
- Some experience working in a marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
