Maintenance Coordinator

Monday - Friday (shifts between 6am and 6pm and rotational weekends)
My client is a reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance to clients nationwide. Due to continued growth they are currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor.
Day to day duties:
- Manage supply chain annual planned maintenance programme
- Ensure all generated PPM tasks are in-line with anniversary dates
- Manage all legal and non-legal ppm activity
- Maintain the compliance portal
- Manage PPM remedial works completion
- Develop a professional working relationship with the supply chain to maximise delivery
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance monitoring systems to provide evidence that the teams and supply chain is providing correct delivery in accordance with the contract
- Provide support and training to the supply chain regarding category document management requirements
- Highlight to the senior leadership team any issues over supplier performance on ppm compliance or their capability to complete ppm tasks within the required timelines.
- Carry out regular audit checks on supplier loaded documentation, highlight any quality issues to the Asset compliance manager
- Work closely with the Asset Compliance Manager and provide information and support when required
- Provide ppm compliance performance reports
- Provide support to the account team when required
- Report recommendations submitted by suppliers and refer to the Asset Compliance Manager for review and close out
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with all internal key stakeholders the Client, and Account management team
- Actively contribute to strategic improvement of the contract
- Monitor and manage task instructions for planned maintenance activities.
The Person:
- You will have experience within a scheduling, customer services, administration, finance or similar position
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will be proficient in use of Microsoft packages and have good all round IT skills
- Good attention to detail, organised
Package:
- Base salary of £9.50 per hour
- Working Monday - Friday with some weekend work (when you work a saturday or sunday you will get the days back off during the week)
- Shift patterns rotate and are 8:30am - 5pm, 6am - 2:30pm and 9:30am - 6pm so you must be flexible with working hours and able to work on these shifts
