Our client is a reputable Facilities Management Contractor who pride themselves on quality of work, honesty and being an understanding employer. They are looking for a Scheduler to join their team. This role would suit someone who has solid industry experience in a similar role and now looking for a business who look after their staff and can be valued.
As a Maintenance Scheduler, your main responsibilities will be to:
- First point of contact for customers, clients and operatives.
- Receiving calls from clients with repairs & maintenance requests and logging them onto an in-house computer system.
- Diagnosing the priority of each repair logged and offering the customer a suitable appointment
- Managing the Operatives diaries and prioritising jobs
- Raising new 'jobs' following Supervisors site visits
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for our Maintenance Scheduler role:
- You will have current/recent experience working in a scheduling role
- You will have experience working within the construction/Building Service or Facilities Management sector.
- You will be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiative
- You must be able to prioritise a very busy workload
- Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- You will have good geography skills able to prioritise based on locations

- Base salary up to £25,000
