We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide.
As a Junior Contracts Manager your main responsibilities will be;
Duties and Responsibilities
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who has experience within the fm/hvac industry whether that be an engineer looking to come off the tools into an office based technical role or someone who is in a similar admin/quotations/tender role looking to take a step into long term progression.
- You will be client side focusing on quotations - including reviewing, approving and converting quotations.
- You will be responsible for managing all quotations coming in from site engineers, reviewing them, ensuring they are cost effective and efficient.
- You will liaise and build relationships with suppliers and sub contractors
- Providing excellent customer service.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for our Junior Contracts Manager role;
- You will be an engineer with technical understanding of quotes looking to step into an office based role or an experienced administrator/technical admin/quotations admin looking for a role which will offer progression
- You must have proven experience dealing with quotations.
- You must have experience within the building services/fm industry
- You will be client facing and able to build relationships
