IFA Administrator
Warwick • Full time • Permanent • Salary -£25,000 + excellent benefits
We are looking for an IFA administrator looking to join a well-established and reputable Financial Planning company in Warwick. They really focus on the quality and the service they provide their clients. They pride themselves on the excellent support they can offer their clients and recognize that each individual client needs to be given bespoke advice, tailored to them and their requirements.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities for the IFA Administrator
You will be supporting 4 advisers, and work alongside a number of other administrative staff to ensure the smooth running and processing of the business. This will involve new business processing from start to finish, updating the CRM system and ensuring all client files are compliant, client review packs, liaising with clients and dealing with client inquiries, and much more.
What you'll need to succeed in our IFA Administrator
- You will ideally have previous experience working within a similar fast-paced financial services environment
- Experience using Intelliflo back office system is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and attention to detail are essential to succeed
- Financial services qualifications would be a bonus.
