Helpdesk Operative • Cirencester • £9.50 per hour • Permanent Part Time working Monday - Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm (1 in 4 weekends)
As a Helpdesk Operative, your main responsibilities will be to:
· First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity, received by telephone and e-mail.
· Inputting new work tasks into the concept to ensure that attendance takes place within the required timeframes. Plan PPM work for engineers and sub-contractors
· Track the daily work outstanding for engineers and sub-contractors
· Raise purchase requisition and/or purchase orders.
· Collate accurate reports as required.
· Ad hoc administration duties.
· Managing quoted works process liaising with contract staff where required.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for our Helpdesk Operative role:
· Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
· Understanding of the FM business/Helpdesk Experience - desirable.
· An excellent telephone manner.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
