About the Role

We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative (Gardener / Landscaping) to join our team in Evesham. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on upkeep and presentation of green spaces across a prestigious, secure site.

Key Responsibilities

Grass Cutting & Lawn Care: Operating pedestrian and ride-on mowers to maintain pristine lawns.

Hedge & Shrub Maintenance: Precision hedge trimming, pruning, and border upkeep.

General Grounds Upkeep: Leaf clearance, weed control, and ensuring the secure site remains tidy and safe.

Equipment Care: Safely operating and maintaining standard landscaping machinery and hand tools.
What We Are Looking For

Proven Experience: Prior experience in professional gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is required.

Must be able to drive

Skill Set: Confident operating petrol mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters.

Reliability: A strong work ethic with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards on a secure site.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle a active, hands-on outdoor role in various weather conditions.
