We're looking for a hands-on FP&A professional to support a Finance Director on a defined set of projects — mainly building and developing complex financial models and management information, alongside some core management accounting support.
Day-to-day duties
- Build and maintain complex Excel-based financial models and reports for the Finance Director
- Produce dashboards and business information, turning data into clear, actionable insight
- Support monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Provide analysis to aid planning and control of business processes
- Maintain internal process controls and act as a super-user of the finance system
- Provide ad hoc finance-team support and cover as needed
What we're looking for
- Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills — this is the core requirement
- Background in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Finance/Business Analysis
- CIMA, ACCA or AAT qualified, part-qualified, or qualified-by-experience
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Available immediately, for the full 3- 6 month term, and able to work on-site in Inkberrow
