Investment Administrator • Alcester • Salary to £23,000 DOE • Permanent •

An exciting opportunity for a Pension administrator has opened at a financial planning firm that specialises in all aspects of pension, investments, and protection planning

As an Investment Administrator, your main responsibilities will be to:  

  • You will be responsible for updating information in the back-office system
  • Processing new business including liaising with providers
  • Document management/scanning
  • Assisting advisers with research/preparation to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business
  • General office duties, including answering telephones, preparing meeting packs for client appointments and reviews

The Successful Applicant  

To be considered for our Investment Administration role:  

  • You will ideally have previous experience working within a similar financial services environment
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and attention to detail is essential to succeed
  • Financial services qualifications would be a bonus.
  • Must have experience in Pensions, Investment & Protection administration.
  • Experience of back-office systems such as Plum or Intelliflo. (Desirable)
  • Experience or research systems such as Defaqto, O&M, or Synaptics. (Desirable)

What’s on Offer? As a Investment Administrator, you will receive;  

  • £21,000 - £23,000 depending upon experience and qualifications. Increasing to £26,000 once you are familiar with research systems.
