Finance Administrator | Alcester | £26-28,000 per annum

The Benefits
- Salary: £26-28,000 per annum DOE (a fantastic starting salary!)
- Location: Alcester, Warwickshire (Office Based)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
- Holiday: 29 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

Your Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role encompassing basic accounts, payroll data entry, and HR administration. Your daily duties will include:
- Payroll Inputting: Straightforward data entry for a weekly payroll of approximately 19 staff members. This involves checking and collating timesheets, and basic inputs for PAYE, RTI, pensions, and payments.
- Basic Purchase Ledger: Simple end-to-end management, from inputting invoices to processing month-end payments.
- Sales Ledger Support: Providing cover when needed, giving you great exposure to the wider accounts function.
- HR Administration: Helping the team by conducting vehicle tracker checks, processing DBS checks, and creating ID badges for site staff.
What We Are Looking For
You don't need to be a finance expert to hit the ground running here! We are looking for:
- A recent graduate eager to build a career in finance, OR a highly organised Administrator looking to cross over into an accounts role.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn (we will teach you the accounts processes!).
- A highly organised approach, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Advantageous (but not essential!): Previous experience working within the construction industry or a basic understanding of sub-contractor processes.
