Executive Coordinator

Stratford Upon Avon • Permanent • Full Time • £25-33,000  per annum

Due to growth, our high-end client based in Stratford upon Avon is now looking to recruit an Executive Coordinator.  This is a very exciting role for the right person and is extremely crucial to the business, and you will be highly organised with experience of dealing with high-end, affluent clients.

The Executive Coordinator day to day duties are as follows:

  • Working for a high-end luxury brand you will be liaising with high-end customers.
  • Liaising with Sales Consultants and Customers ensuring the whole experience runs smoothly for them.
  • Organising appointments for Customers and ensuring a Sales Consultant is available for the appointment
  • Liaising with the Consultant to ensure all the details of the appointment are in hand 
  • Ensuring hospitality are all aware of the appointment and are ready with beverages etc
  • Very brief face to face contact with the customer, introducing yourself and making sure they are looked after
  • To support the team in achieving the overall sales target.

The Successful Executive Coordinator must have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous experience in dealing with high-end customers 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional - Formalwear at work
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A resilient attitude when dealing with difficult customers 
  • Able to work 3 in 4 Saturdays (included in your 5 days for that week)

What’s on offer for the successful Executive Coordinator

  • Normal days and hours of work are five days between Monday to Saturday from 8.45 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., with 45 minutes for lunch..
  • You will be required to work 3 in 4 Saturdays (you will get a day off in the week for this).  This will be agreed upon in advance on a rota basis with their line manager.
  • 28 Days holiday including Bank holidays as well as an extra day at Christmas and your Birthday off.
  • 5% pension contribution rising to 7.5 after 3 years of service
  • Yearly team bonus.
  • Formal dress code.
