Educational Sales Coordinator• Leamington • Salary up to £22,000 • Fixed term contract until November 2021

We are currently recruiting for an office sales individual to support the rollout of a national virtual educational programme through engaging with primary and secondary schools with the aim to secure them as participants in the 2021 virtual educational programme

To ensure the success of the programme through giving associated administrative support to the Project Manager in relation to the schools engagement in the programme

As an Educational Sales Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be;

  • Assist the programme project manager with the delivery of the programme in line with the external stakeholders’ contract.
  • Contact targeted schools across the UK as directed, to sign up to the programme to receive free of charge STEM related LEGO equipment, related lesson plans and teacher CPD.
  • Extensive use of the telephone to call schools in order to discuss the opportunity and respond to telephone queries as required.
  • To engage and enthuse teachers to sign up to this free exciting opportunity, ensuring a key teacher within the school has signed up and agreed to undertake teacher CPD and commit to the programme objectives.
  • Maintain the CRM database to keep a record of calls made, emails sent and update details of confirmed participant schools and teachers. Maintain and update the CRM database with details of teachers and schools and CPD dates booked.
  • Support the programmes project manager with the engagement with our key partners, including attending meetings, providing progress reports as required and acting on actions arising from meetings.
  • Develop a good knowledge of the department’s activities to deal competently with enquiries.

 

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Educational Sales Coordinator role;

  • Sales-oriented mindset, motivated by goals and experience of meeting targets.
  •  Experience working in a lead generation, telesales or customer service capacity.
  • Confident using the telephone to make and receive calls.
  • Good command of English Language, both written and spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to ‘right first time’ administration.

Desirable

  • Experience of databases/CRM – ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR and the safeguarding of data.
  • An understanding of the UK school and education systems.
