Job Title: Digital Creative Assistant Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (On-site/Full-time)

What You Will Be Doing
Working directly with the Digital Content Team, you will blend imagination with technical skill to bring our brand to life. Your days will be varied and fast-paced:
- Creative Ideation: Help generate concepts, themes, and visual directions for seasonal campaigns and digital experiences.
- Content Creation: Design graphics, edit photos/videos, and produce infographics using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Copy & Storytelling: Draft engaging copy for social media, websites, scripts, and marketing materials.
- Project Powerhouse: Prepare beautiful pitch decks, manage project timelines, and assist with mood boards and style guides.
- Asset Management: Organise and track creative assets, ensuring they are perfectly adapted for different platforms.
- Trend Spotting: Research emerging digital trends and audience behaviours to keep our content fresh.
Who You Are
You are a "doer" with a strong eye for design and the organisational skills to back it up.
- Experience: You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a creative or digital role.
- Technical Toolkit: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
- Design Literacy: You understand colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- A Strong Communicator: You have excellent written communication skills and can adapt your tone for different formats.
- Organised: You have excellent time management skills and obsessive attention to detail.
- Collaborative: You enjoy working across teams (design, sales, marketing) to give the customer the best experience.
