Customer Service Coordinator
Alcester • Permanent • Full Time • Salary £18,030 plus commission
Arden Personnel are exclusively working with a high-end dating company, and due to expansion are now looking for a new Matchmaker.
The Customer Service Coordinator day to day duties are as follows:
- Conducting and organising client consultations either telephone, video call or face to face in the office.
- Writing and updating client dating profiles as necessary in consultation with clients.
- Data entry, record keeping and liaising with sales and new client registration.
- Identifying and putting forward suitable potential partners for our clients.
- Maintaining clear professional communications and good rapport.
- Supporting and working well with co-workers in matchmaking, headhunting, sales and marketing.
- Informing line management of potential areas of concern whilst making recommendations.
- Sales – offering re-join memberships and accepting/ follow up of leads when necessary.
- Follow up on sales activity to ensure clients have received and completed all necessary documentation.
The Successful Customer Service Coordinator must have the following skills/experience:
Essential Experience
- A professional, warm and empathetic manner and an organised approach to work.
- A professional appearance required - this is a high-end customer-facing role.
- A can-do, positive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude.
- Team worker – supportive and influential team player.
- IT skills – use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to learn our bespoke software and strong attention to detail.
- Customer care skills including any complaint handling towards resolution.
- Writing – a professional-quality writing style for profiles and emails.
