Customer Service Co-ordinator

Bidford on Avon • Permanent • Full Time • Salary up to £25k DOE

An exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to work in a Customer Service Co-ordinator role for a growing SME in the Bidford on Avon area.  

The Customer Service Co-ordinator's day to day duties are as follows:

  • Supporting the Sales Team speaking to customers daily
  • Ensuring orders are  put through correctly and the customer is kept up to date
  • Data Administration
  • Taking calls and dealing with any queries, or pass the call onto the relevant person
  • Checking Stock and ensuring systems are kept up to date.
  • Answering and redirecting general phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You will also be required to undertake general office duties as and when required.
  • This position is 50/50 admin/customer service

The Successful Customer Service Co-ordinator must have the following skills/experience:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively by phone and email.
  • Must have excellent customer service experience
  • The role will require a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Assertive, able to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT literate and quick to learn new systems
  • Outlook experience preferred
  • Attention to detail

  • Salary up to £25k– Depending on Experience
  • 35 hours per week 
  • 21 Days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
