Customer Service Coordinator
Alcester | Permanent | Full Time | £20,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work in our Customer Service Support Team within a forward-thinking company based in their Broom office.
They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and fast paced team of 7 in a company of 15.
The Customer Service Coordinator day to day duties are as follows:
- Checking and processing customer orders
- First point of contact on the phone as most calls are related to order queries
The Successful Customer Service Coordinator must have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Good IT Skills
What's on offer for the successful Customer Service Coordinator:
- 23 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays)
- Working within a friendly supportive team.
- Salary £20,000 (This will be reviewed after 3 months if successful and will rise to £22,500.
- Full Time Monday-Friday – Either 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am – 5pm
