Customer Service Coordinator  

Pershore  |  Permanent  | Full Time  | Up to £21,000 DOE + Overtime

A new exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator and the opportunity to become part of a vibrant and dynamic team

We are searching for a collaborative, natural go-getter with experience of working in a customer service call centre. The successful applicant will be a vital link between our customers and our force of field-based engineers. Restaurants and bars from all over the country rely on the fast and professional response of our service team who navigate the diverse needs of our customers every day of the week.

Normal hours of work will be 0900:17:30 Monday to Friday 

On call hours (1 in 4) working from home out side office hours and will be available for emergency calls from Monday to Sunday during the hours of 07:30-23:00.  This will be compensated with £100 payment.

The on call employee will work in the office on Saturday from 08:00-15:00 (at time and a half) and work from home on Sundays at flexible times for 6 hours (at double time).

The Customer Service Coordinator day to day duties are as follows:

• Connecting customers with our engineers and providing solutions

• Provide a professional, fast and effective experience within our Customer Service team.

• Meet the service delivery targets set by the Head of Service

• To be able to participate in the out of hours on-call rota (around one week every month) with a willingness to work outside office hours when required Experience Essential

• Using digital technology in a professional context

• Working in a customer support centre environment

• Answering telephone calls

• Working with complex information

• Learning new skills rapidly

• Efficient with administration

The Successful Customer Service Coordinator must have the following skills/experience:

• To have a history of working in a customer call centre environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends within the on-call rota

• Ability to work in a fast paced and energised environment

Its desirable for this Customer Service Coordinator role :

• To have experience with CRM platforms Skills and qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy

• IT literate

• Excellent telephone manner

• GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in English and Mathematics or equivalent

• Qualifications in customer services
