Customer Service Advisor - Redditch - £18-18,500 per annum Full time or Part-time Hours Also working from home

My client will consider full-time and part-time hours. Full-time hours are 10 am – 6 pm but with the flexibility to work remotely, part-time hours will be considered however, you must be able to work until 6 pm on most or all days of the week. 

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:  

  • Answer incoming calls from a variety of people from employees, employers, childcare providers.
  • Answer e-mail queries in a timely manner using Sirportly.
  • Make outgoing calls to employers, employees and childcare providers.
  • Resolve any customer enquiries in a professional manner.  
  • Sending out marketing materials to clients.
