Contact Centre Manager - Redditch

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Manager to join a leader in the debt recovery enforcement sector. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of collectors, ensuring performance targets are met while delivering excellent customer service. Day to Day duties as a Contact Centre Manager will include the following:

Managing a team of collectors, monitoring performance, and resolving issues as they arise

Performance managing team members who do not meet targets through structured processes

Monitoring call centre performance, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are achieved

Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
-
Assisting with long-term recruitment planning for the Customer Services department

Maintaining compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and industry regulations
As a Contact Centre Manager, you will need the following qualities & experience:

Proven experience in leading large teams within a contact centre or operations environment

Strong coaching and development skills
-
Ability to set, meet, and exceed targets
-
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate teams

Analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends

Flexibility to be available on weekends when required

Excellent people management skills
