Salary: £28,000–£32,000

Your Responsibilities
- Raise invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, utilities)
- Allocate rent payments and reconcile client accounts
- Pay landlords and process supplier payments
- Complete bank reconciliations in Xero
- Chase arrears via email, letter, or phone
- Respond to account queries
- Support general office admin (filing, scanning, record keeping)
- Assist during key rent dates (with WFH support at peak times)
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Bookkeeping/accounts experience (client money experience ideal)
- Strong Xero skills
- Good Excel ability
- Accurate, organised, confident communicator
Desirable
- Property, lettings, or estate agency experience
- Service charge or rent invoicing knowledge
- Experience with Alto or similar systems
