Automotive 1st and 2nd Line Support
Location: Bidford-on-Avon, Salary between £25-30k DOE Permanent
An exciting new opportunity to join a well-established company. Arden Personnel are currently looking for an Automotive 1st and 2nd Line Support role. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a love of cars to join a friendly, growing team. If you are a problem solver then this may be the role for you.
The day to day duties of an Automotive 1st and 2nd Line Support
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails with excellent customer services
- Custom (ECU and TCU) file writing
- Dealer support and training
- Training material development
- Database maintenance
- File key reporting and management
- Dyno testing and product research
- Support Workshop activities and dyno testing.
- Software development
To be considered for our Automotive 1st and 2nd Line Support role you will need to have;
- Strong communication skills, telephone, written and presentation
- Custom File ECU writing experience across several marques is important but not essential (additional training will be provided)
- Experience in using MS office packages
- Telephone handlings skills/experience
- Sales and customer care skills/experience
- Training knowledge and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great time management and ability to prioritise workload.
- An interest in cars would be a great advantage
- Have a strong background in Python or other coding languages
- An understanding of how engines work
Automotive 1st and 2nd Line Support Package:
- An excellent training programme that usually takes 3-6 months
- An opportunity to increase salary after training is completed
- A starting salary of £25-30k
- Hours 08.30-17.00 Monday-Friday
