We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our client’s service team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is office-based.
What You’ll Be Doing in this Administrative Role?
- Logging customer service agreements and scheduling planned maintenance visits
- Cross-referencing client CAFM systems with our internal job management software
- Invoicing completed jobs with accuracy and speed
- Managing customer portals: uploading job sheets, invoices, and quotes
- Providing excellent telephone and email support to clients and engineers
What We’re Looking for in this Administrator Role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- A team player who’s eager to grow and improve within the industry
- Previous admin experience (ideally in a technical or service-based company) is desirable
